Marquette University Office of Community Engagement

Marquette University Office of Community Engagement

Description

Marquette University recognizes that diverse and deep community partnerships are critical to the work of community engagement, but, more importantly, they are crucial to our shared struggle for a more just society.

Marquette’s Office of Community Engagement serves as the central clearinghouse for research and partnerships that engage our wider Milwaukee home.

Driven to realize Marquette’s Catholic, Jesuit mission, students, faculty and staff strive to play an increasingly vital role in our city and our world, working with our partners to uplift the abundance of our community, and tackle its most pressing challenges.

Established in early 2016, the university’s Office of Community Engagement serves as the central clearinghouse for community engagement activities, with a focus on bidirectional, community engagement in research partnerships.
