Housing Resources Incorporated (HRI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families purchase their own homes. We have earned a proven track record of providing quality home counseling services to prospective low and moderate-income home buyers and have become a trusted leader in assisting hundreds of buyers in purchasing each year. We are also committed to assisting homeowners in protecting their greatest assets which for many are their homes.

HRI's work improves the community in numerous ways:

We help clients identify and overcome barriers to home ownership by providing a step-by-step program that answers common questions about home purchase, home ownership, and home preservation through educational classes and personalized counseling. HRI’s headquarters is located on the northwest side of Milwaukee with satellite offices on the south side of Milwaukee, in Racine and Waukesha.
