HAWA's mission is to advocate for social justice in the Hmong and Southeast Asian communities through collective and inclusive actions.

HAWA is a grassroots, culturally-specific, community-based, social justice organization serving the Southeast Asian (primarily individuals who identify as women/youth/girls and LGBTQ) community in Milwaukee County. We focus on supporting survivors of intimate-partner and family violence through advocacy, education, and awareness.

We are a Hmong and Southeast Asian women led organization dedicated to ending violence within our community.
