Avenues West Association

Avenues West Associations serves as an advocate for development and revitalization, aesthetic enhancements, cooperative marketing and planning, networking, and the promotion of safety throughout the neighborhood. It is a not-for-profit membership association, incorporated and approved as a tax exempt 501(c) 3 entity.

Promote new commercial, institutional, and residential development
Promote and encourage renovation of existing building
Promote Safety
Improve Avenues West public appearance
Encourage owner occupied housing sales
Promote and assist growth and development in small businesses

Two-Task Force groups, achieved improved conditions in the neighborhood with their expert knowledge on these specified fields; Safety and Security and Economic Development.
