About The Corridor
The 30th Street Industrial Corridor (nicknamed The Corridor) is a 20+ year old 501c3 doing economic development in Milwaukee’s central city. The Corridor also manages BID #37, which has over 150 different businesses spread over 880 acres, with many in manufacturing. The Corridor helps businesses to earn greater revenue and to hire people from the surrounding community.

Initiatives for The Corridor include:

• Garden Homes Park and surrounding neighborhood improvements
• Continuing work with MMSD
• A creative marketing approach for redevelopment opportunities in the area.
• Continue the Local People/ Local Jobs program to connect area residents to job opportunities
